Chef Khairedden

Chef Khairedden is a culinary expert specializing in two distinct and rich culinary traditions: traditional authentic Arabic cuisine and Italian cuisine. His passion for food was ignited early in life, as he spent his formative years immersed in the restaurant industry. Growing up surrounded by talented cooks, including his parents, he developed a discerning palate and a deep appreciation for authentic flavors.

His culinary journey led him to Saudi Arabia, where he honed his skills and management expertise over 22 years. During this time, he served as a supervisor for a network of 34 restaurant branches, overseeing diverse operations and culinary teams.

Chef Khairedden eventually relocated to the United States, settling in Chicago, seeking new challenges and opportunities. His culinary talents and experience quickly found him in high demand, and he contributed his expertise to several renowned establishments. His career in Chicago included roles at Umm Karam Restaurant, Yummi Saj Restaurant, and the acclaimed Bawadi restaurant.

Through his diverse culinary experiences and unwavering commitment to authentic flavors, Chef Khairedden continues to delight diners with his exceptional cuisine.

Today he resides in Minnesota, and is the Head Chef for Mashawi Grill in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.
